When your favorite headboard and footboard are a size too small for the bed you want, our Q-56-AG Converta Frame will adapt to fit. These rails adapt so that you can keep your Full-size hook-on headboard and footboard, but use a Queen size mattress and box spring.

Mantua’s Q-56-AG frame by Mantua is a frame specially made for Mattress Mart to have a head-to-toe center support. The typical frame is the Q-85-AG which has no center support.  We have taken this frame and upgraded it to have the required support for modern mattresses.
