The Grand Ledge Cushion Firm is the firmer version if it’s sister bed, the Grand Traverse Pillowtop.
Better For Stomach Sleepers
- While the feel of the Grand Ledge Cushion Firm isn’t the hardest bed we’ve ever had, the overall surface feel is still quite firm. This lends itself to be better for most stomach sleepers who don’t want to sag into the bed the wrong way all night long. While the quilting provides some level of conformity, those who predominantly sleep on their side may find it a tad hard on hips and shoulders.
- Capitol Bedding is famous for its use of only the highest density foams for all of their beds, and the Grand Ledge is no exception. All foams in this firm bed are 1.5lb density and above. You won’t find many brands that use this level of materials at any price range.
Better on an Adjustable Base
- The Bolsa spring unit on the Grand Ledge is fully adjustable compatible. Pair the mattress with the Sealy Ease 3.0 for the perfect combination of a firm, hard feel that won’t sink and back-conforming goodness of the adjustable base.
